Boy is abducted by a circus owner, Buck Rand so that he can be part of the show . With his animal trainer and Boy by his side, he has a pilot fly them out. Tarzan and Jane frantically chase after them to New York. Tarzan not being accustomed to civilization becomes unrestrained at a hearing over the custody of Boy and is imprisoned. Tarzan manages to flee the prison by flying off the Brooklyn Bridge. With the assistance of the pilot's girlfriend, Tarzan locates the circus where Boy is at.
