The hopes of reviving a town rests upon a remote gold mine run by its lovely owner.  Hoping to get investors to visit the gold mine, Roy comes up with the idea of using the annual ride of the Vaqueros to transport three businessmen to see the operation.  A gangster takes advantage of the situation by kidnapping the businessmen and framing Roy with the crime.
