Tommy Layton is a rich single man who decides to lease a city bus and travels from Chicago to Los Angeles. He plans to compete in a yacht race heading to Hawaii. The bus company hires a detective who runs after the drivers of the bus, Algy and Wellington. They beat out the detective by landing the bus off a fishing pier. Layton comes to the rescue of Algy and Wellington since he was already on the yacht. He even ends up hiring the two as part of his team. This film is full of laughter and excitement.
