After a young girl's stepfather is brutally murdered by a crooked bar owner, the East Side Kids hide the girl for her own safety. But when one of them is taken into custody, the whole gang is framed for the murder. The boys swing into action to clear their name, but find the sole witness to the crime is the girl's mute, wheelchair-bound grandfather.
