The film is based on a true story and surrounds the mystery of the well-known San Quentin prison. Jack Holden works in the prison as a guard and is a trustworthy man, trying to bring a piece of stability to the prison, for it is full of distortion and has flourished to a place where no laws are placed. Holden advances to the position of warden after the one on duty is killed. Holden takes his new job serious and is given many challenges. All he wants is the prison to be under control.
