A gang of cattle rustlers is striking at ranches in Wyoming, and the U.S. Government sends in an agent to investigate the crimes.  Agent Roy Rogers arrives and sets out to learn the identity of the cattle rustlers’ ringleader, thus exposing the entire gang.  Roy’s investigation leads him down a trail to an unlikely, yet dangerous, suspect.
