The East Side Kids , are sent to a reform camp in the country. On their way, they learn about a monster that is killing people in the area. On their first night at the camp they sneak out. While passing through a cemetery Pee Wee is shot by the care-taker. Seeking help, they arrive at the castle of the sinister Nardo, and his dwarf henchman, who insist the boys stay the night. The boys are convinced that Nardo is the vampire-at-large. With the help of famed "monster hunter" Von Grosch the fearless kids joke and wise crack their way to trapping the killer.
