Inattentive black people live in Lazy Town that has a population of 123½ and are fast asleep, while welcoming flies. The community is so sluggish, they bicker in a slow manner. The lazy town goes through changes when a riverboat comes into town with a smoking lady and she immediately has everyone dancing to a Harlem boogie beat, doing their chores, and enjoying watermelon. She transforms the town into a better place.
