Graft is unrestrained in the government and U.S. Senate investigator Loganberry arrives, making everyone nervous. The main delinquents have Jim Taylor take the blame. To help him out, Jim chooses the gorgeous Viennese refugee Marina Von Minden. Problems arise when Jim falls in love with Marina, yet she is interested in the Senator.
