Dr. John Meredith settles in the African jungle with his baby girl due to his twin brother Bradley Meredith’s criminal activities. He takes control over the Masamba tribes after he is able to cure their illness. One of the tribe’s possessions is a huge diamond mine in which a gang of criminals desire. In order to get rid of Dr. Meredith’s influence over the tribe, the gang uses a witch doctor jealous of Dr. Meredith named Shamba. Dr. Meredith is murdered by 'Slick' Latimer. Shamba tries to kill Meredith’s daughter, Nyoka to obtain an amulet with many of Meredith’s secrets. Jack Stanton saves Nyoka.
