Stevens wants to travel to Mason City while Trailcross is trying to get the new railroad. Jack becomes Marshal after he and his friend Nevady confront Stevens’ gang. The townspeople leave Jack responsible for the money they raise in the railroad, but Stevens has two of his men accompany Jack with the money and they take the money from him. Jack must find a way to get the money back before the railroad officials arrive.
