Dr. Sovac is a brain surgeon who performs an illegal operation by transplanting the brain of gangster Red Cannon (who was only injured) to his friend, Professor Kingsley, who is close to death. The professor teaches English during the day and is out to kill those who tried to kill him at night. Sovac discovers Cannon had a half a million dollars tucked away and tries to get the information out of his friend.
