McCord's outlaws steal money from a carriage that was meant to pay Indians for their territory. Jim Kincaid known as the scandalous criminal 'The Oklahoma Kid' steals the money away from McCord. McCord manages to get requisition on some land meant to be used as a new town. In return of the land, he is in charge of gambling and bars. McCord plans his revenge on Kincaid after his father runs for mayor. He instigates a murder on the man.
