Warren Hull plays a young newspaper owner named John Randolph who uses his paper against crime. John is in love with the daughter of District Attorney William Burnette, Barbara. Little does John know that his own father is a criminal the District Attorney is after. John tries to run Burnette out of office, not aware of what is really going on.
