Kent, the scandalous boss of Bottleneck murders Sheriff Keogh since he questioned too much about a prepared poker game in which Kent is given restriction over the cattle rangers. The mayor is in partnership with Kent, so he designates the neighborhood drunkard, Washington Dimsdale, as the new sheriff thinking he will not come in their way.  Little does the mayor know that Dimsdale was a deputy for respected lawman, Tom Destry, and can call Tom Destry Jr’s assistance as his deputy.
