When an outlaw's former partner refuses to join him, the outlaw tries to frame him for his crimes. 
Roy is the son of a rancher, whose father is feuding with his former partner, a rival rancher.  It seems his father’s rival has been stealing their cattle and causing trouble for Roy’s father.  Complicating the matter is the fact that Roy has fallen for the daughter of his father’s rival, adding to the problems between the two men.
