Courageous Coast Guard Officer Jim (Weldon Heyburn) is asigned to capture a gang of modern day pirates who have been terrorizing the ocean. Jim suspects that Durant is assigned to capture a gang of modern day pirates who have been terrorizing the ocean. Jim suspects that Durant (J. Carrol Naish) is the leader of the villainous gang, using his floating casino as a cover for his criminal activities. It's up to Jim to find the evidence he needs to shut down the operation permanently, while fending off the advances of Pat (Jeanne Madden) and Toots (Penny Singleton). An enjoyable mystery with comedic elements from Singleton.
