Set in the Asian province of Seemang, Chandler Elliott is owner of a large plantation. His beautiful daughter, Dorothy is engaged to their neighbor planter Tom Banning, but problems arise for both plantations after a riverboat full of rubber is attacked by river pirates. They kill the crew and steal the shipment. Elliott's plantation manager works with others to convince Elliot to sell the plantation as Frank Hardy finds out who is behind the plan.
