Van Stanhope is an influential magazine publisher who has a loving marriage with his pretty wife Linda. They have no problem with trust, yet her friends warn her she could lose her husband if he keeps working with his very attractive secretary, Whitey. Van’s mother even tells Linda to be careful and she knows from personal experience that all men are tempted, like her husband was during their marriage. Whitey has a loyal boyfriend, but does have some feelings for Van. Linda becomes more suspicious after they go away on a business trip together to Havana.
