Warren Haggerty keeps putting his wedding off with Gladys, for he is very busy with his job being the chief editor of the New York Evening Star. His problems get worse when Connie Allenbury sues the paper for saying she breaks marriages up. To catch Connie in a lie, he plans for Gladys and Don Juan Bill Chandler to get married.
