Charlie Chan gets to preview an amazing performance. Opera star Gravelle has been enclosed in a mental hospital for seven years. His identity is unknown even to himself. When he starts to unexpectedly remembers things, he starts to realize that his wife and her lover tried to kill him. He demands justice for the both of them.
