Texas Ranger Tom Morhan (Tom Mix), a blood brother of the Ravenhead tribe, discovers that the Indians are being terrorized by Zaroff, a ruthless villain who has learned that the tribal lands contain deposits of "X-94", a powerful explosive. Zaroff and his men stop at nothing in their efforts to kill Tom and frighten the superstitious Indians, but nothing can defeat a dedicated Texas Ranger!
