Kay is a society girl from New York who is bored with her life and takes a trip to Greece where she encounters an archaeologist named Terry. Terry falls in love with Kay and follows her back to New York, wanting to marry her. He finds the way she lives her life not suitable for him and attempts to leave, but Mrs. Gage, Kay's grandmother, convinces him to stay. They eventually becomes engaged, but right before their wedding they get into a huge argument. Will the wedding still go on?
