A thief has hidden the czar's crown jewels somewhere in the warehouse of the Empire Storage Company. Everyone is after them! Empire's top employee Jack Foster (Malcolm MeGregor), watched his younger brother (George J. Lewis) murdered at the hands of the Shadow and his gang of thugs. He now seeks revenge and will stop at nothing to put an end to the sinister criminal. Keep your eye on the jewels! They jump from person to person, box to box, like a crazy shell game !
