Learning that Karloff has killed his friend Bob, Dan and July join Karloff's gang planning to avenge Bob's death. However Karloff's headquarters is across the border in Mexico. Dan has a plan to lure Karloff and his gang back across the border where they can be arrested. But just as he is about to put his plan into effect, his true identity is revealed.
