Frame Johnson used to be a peace officer and travels out west with his three friends and arrive in Tombstone , where there is no law. Instead the town has been taken over the ruthless Northrup brothers. The town Council tries to convince Johnson to become Marshal since Johnson has done well in his previous job. He hesitates at first, but takes the job when he sees the murders taking place by the three Northrup brothers. A shoot-out begins between Johnson and his three friends and the brothers. Both sides lose a member, but they continue to fight.
