Rose Manning is the daughter of a racketeer who has just been killed, along with a policeman, in a shoot-out. Police Inspector 'Butch' McArthur gives her a tough grilling and she has revenge on her mind after she leaves. She becomes a hostess at a nightclub five years later and falls in love with a young man named Jimmy. Little does she know he is the son of McArthur. She must decide between love and revenge.
