Joe Cobb is the new kid in town who becomes part of the 'Manhattan Club', a place where the kids retire to when they are tired of doing chores. The initiation process is embarrassing for Joe and he retaliates against the guys by telling them his father is a cop. Serious problems come their way when an infamous bank Robber hides in the gang’s clubhouse.
