This Our Gang film has the gang with tiny explosives from Joe’s mother firework stand, except Farina and Jannie who are popping paper bags. When Joe’s mother leaves him in charge of the stand, he charges Farina 25 cents for a big fire-rocket. Joe accidentally blows up the stand with the fire-rocket! This scares everyone, which results in the dog Pansy consuming oil capsules from a scientist. Pansy spits out the capsules in small pieces as the gang runs away.
