Billy Lord is a young rich kid who owns his own home-movie camera and becomes friends with the Our Gang kids. This inspires the kids to try out the motion-picture business. They make an adventurous film in which teenager Martha Sleeper is the main actress. After the film’s premiere, Jackie Condon throws a fit for being left from the credits.
