Sue Graham dreams of becoming a big actress in her small town. She travels to Hollywood after winning a contract, but instead of her picture being sent to the studio, another girl’s is sent. They believe she is the girl in the picture until they see her and realize a mistake has been made. She begins working in the props department instead as her parents make their way out to California and invest money with a shady person.
