Released by Pathé in 1923, No Noise is an Our Gang / Little Rascals silent comedy short directed by Robert F. McGowan.

Poor Mickey is in the hospital to have his tonsils removed.  The gang decides to pay him a visit and naturally disrupt things.  After invading the operating room and the x-ray room (where Farina’s stomach x-ray reveals an assortment of small metal objects like safety pins and nails), the gang manages to inhale laughing gas!
