The original French title is "François 1er et Triboulet".

A jester tries to make the king laugh doing various acts. The king is not amused by his performance, so he brings in the queen. He is still not finding the humor in anything the jester does, but kisses the queen. The jester disappears and the king realizes the queen has also disappeared, but realizes the jester is sitting in her place. At first he is upset, but finally finds the humor in it.
