There are so many. Robot Monster, Plan 9, etc. There was another really bad one with Bela Lugosi where he's a mad scientist in a laboratory, and there's a huge atomic mushroom cloud at the end that has absolutely nothing to do with the film. Anyone remember what it was called?

If it's so bad it's LOL funny, I don't think of it as a bad movie. Bad movies are ones that you don't feel anything about. I think Kevin costner's Postman is one of the worst. I kept fighting with myself to turn it off, but I was so far into it, I felt that it would be a waste not to just see it through.
I love to collect cheesy movies though. Go check out Fantasy mission force starring a very young Jackie Chan.

"Monolith Monsters," is the worst Monster movie EVER and "Project Moonbase," has to be the worst Sci-Fi, it just has too be!
I warn you, you could laugh yourself to death if you watch them back to back. Suicide by cheese. heehee

Sometimes, movies are entertaining BECAUSE they are so bad. But...my boyfriend showed me a movie by Werner Herzog, *Even Dwarfs Started Small*, that is absurd and unsettling. Everyone in the cast is a dwarf. They are residents of an institution, and not one of them is entirely sane. The one that is in charge detains a trouble-maker and so has been bullied into seclusion while the rest of them go nuts. Among other things; they set a car to drive itself donuts and play chicken with it, they set up tripping hazards for a pair of blind residents and they crucify a monkey.
It reminded me too much of a job I once had as an aide in an institution! Watch again, no thanks!

The worst Sci-Fi movie ever just might be THE GIANT CLAW (1957). The monster was so ludicrous that they would not show his head on the movie posters. However, the trailer to The Giant Claw is hilarious, so I guess it can't be a worst picture if part of it entertains.
