TIM MATHESON BIOGRAPHY & FILMOGRAPHY:

Tim Matheson was born on December 31st, 1947 in Glendale, California with the birth name Timothy Lewis Mathieson.  At the young age of thirteen he already began to embark on working in the entertainment industry with an appearance on the series, "Window on Main Street" (1961-1962).
 
He also began doing a number of voice over projects such as the voice of Johnny Quest on the cartoon of the same name in 1964 and the voice of Jace in, "Space Ghost" animated series.   
 
After doing a number of voice over series he also made appearances on such television series as, "The Virginian" (1969), "Night Gallery", "Bonanza" (1972-1973), "My Three Sons", "Leave it to Beaver", "Three for the Road", "The Quest", "The West Wing" and "Wolf lake". 

Other film roles he undertook were on, "Yours, Mine and Ours" (1968), "Animal House" (1978),  
Throughout his career he has also starred in a variety of films such as, "1941" (1979), "To Be or Not To Be' (1983), "Up the Creek" (1984), "Fletch" (1985) and "Van Wilder" (2002).  In total, his resume includes appearances in over 100 films and television series.
 
Along with his amazing resume as an actor he has also served since 2005 as the producer and director of, "Cold Case" and in 2009 he directed an episode of, "Covert Affairs".  He has also directed a number of other episodes for, "Ed", "The Twilight Zone", "Without a Trace", "Psych", "The Good Shark", "Criminal Minds", "Suits' and "Burn Notice".  
 
He has married twice throughout his lifetime.  His first wife was Jennifer Leak whom he married in 1968 and then later divorced in 1971.  He then married his present wife, Megan Murphy Matheson in 1985 and they have three children, Molly, Emma and Cooper and remain together today and resides in Santa Barbara, California.
