MICHAEL BIEHN BIOGRAPHY & FILMOGRAPHY:
Michael Biehn was born on July 31st, 1956 in Anniston, Alabama with the middle name Connell, born to Marcia and Don Biehn. He was raised in Lincoln, Nebraska and when he was fourteen years old, his family moved to Arizona where he attended high school. Soon after, Biehn won a scholarship to study drama at the University of Arizona, where he studied for two years.
Biehn then decided to leave school early and begin pursuing a career as an actor. He relocated to Hollywood and began appearing in a number of small films such as, "Coach" (1978) starring Keenan Wynn and Cathy Lee Crosby and "Grease" (1978) starring John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John, before he got his first big break in the film, "The Fan" (1981) starring Lauren Bacall, James Garner and Hector Elizondo.
Soon he was adding other credits to his resume such as, "The Lords of Discipline" (1983), "The Terminator" (1984) starring with Arnold Schwarzenegger and Linda Hamilton, "Aliens" (1986), "The Abyss" (1989), "Navy Seals" (1990), "K2" (1991), "Tombstone" (1993) starring Kurt Russell, Bill Paxton and Sam Elliott and "The Rock" (1996).
In addition to his film roles, he has also worked on a variety of television series such as, "Hill Street Blues", "Adventure Inc.", "The Magnificent Seven", "Hawaii", "The Runaways", "Hill Street Blues", "Tales of the Wild", "Law & Order: Criminal Intent", "Criminal Minds" and "Dark Blue".
Biehn has also written, directed and produced two films, "The Blood Bond" (2010) and "The Victim" (2011). Most recently, he has added to his resume the feature films, "Sushi Girl" (2012), "The Dark Forest" (2012), "Treachery" (2013), "The Farm" (2013), "The Predicator" (2014) and "Up and Down" (2014).
Michael Biehn has married three times throughout his lifetime. His first marriage was from 1980 through 1987 to Carlene Olson and he has two children from this marriage. He then wed Gina Marsh in 1988 and they also had two children before the marriage ended in divorce in 2008. He is currently married to actress, Jennifer Blanc since 2009 and resides in Los Angeles, California.
