KRISTEN STEWART BIOGRAPHY & FILMOGRAPHY:

Kristen Stewart was born on April 9th, 1990 in Los Angeles, California to John Stewart and Jules Mann-Stewart with the middle name Jaymes. Her whole family has been involved in the entertainment industry doing behind the scenes work and Stewart had goals of following in her family footsteps, however, she soon began to pursue an a career as an actress.

She is most well known for playing Bella Swan in, "The Twilight Saga" films. Other films she has added to her resume over the course of her career have been in such films as, "Panic Room" (2002), "Zathura" (2005), "In the Land of Women" (2007), "The Messengers" (2007), "Adventureland" (2009) and "The Runaways" (2010).

Her career began at the age of eight after she performed in a school play and a Hollywood agent took notice of her. Her first role was in the film, "The Thirteenth Year" (1999) followed by roles in the films, "The Flintstones in Viva Rock Vegas" (2000) and "The Safety of Objects" (2001).

As her career progressed, Stewart was making quite a name for herself in the industry and was seen on such films as, "Cold Creek Manor" (2003), "Catch That Kid" (2004), "Undertow" (2004) and the television movie, "Speak" (2004).

By this time, she was no longer attending a regular school, but instead was receiving home school education due to her work schedule.

In 2007, Summit Entertainment announced tat Stewart was to portray Bella Swan in the "Twilight" film. The MTV Movie Awards, awarded Stewart for, "Best Female Performance" for her portrayal of this character. The role has been reprised in, "The Twilight Saga: New moon" (2009), "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse" (2010), "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1" (2011) and "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2" (2012).

Other more recent film roles have been in, "On the Road" (2012) and "Snow White and the Huntsman" (2012). She has been listed as the highest earning female actress in Hollywood in 2010's, "Top Hollywood Top Earners List" for which up until 2010 she has earned an estimated $28.5 million for all her film appearances.

In addition to her acting career she was recently named the new face of, Balenciaga. It had been rumored throughout her career in the industry that she has been romantically involved with actor, Robert Pattinson from the "Twilight Saga" series, however, Stewart remains very private about her life and has never let on if there is actually any romantic connection.
