KEITH LARSEN BIOGRAPHY & FILMOGRAPHY:
 
Keith Larsen was born on June 17th, 1924 in Salt Lake City, Utah with the birth Keith Larsen Burt.  After high school he went on to serve during World War II with the United States Navy and then decided after completing his military service that he was interested in pursuing a career as an actor.
 
His first movie role was un-credited when a scout spotted him and asked him to work on the film, "Operation Pacific" (1951).  By 1953 he was being cast in more substantial roles such as the film, "Son of Belle Starr".
 
Larsen's career as an actor mainly focused on television roles in such series as, "The Hunter" (1954), "Brave Eagle" (1955), "Northwest Passage" (1958) and "The Aquanauts" (1960).
 
Other roles he added to his resume over the course of his career were guest appearances on such series as, "Anitra Dellano Story", "The Blackwell Story", "Playhouse 90", "General Electric Theater", "Men Into Space", "The Roaring Twenties", "Tombstone Territory" and "Wichita Town".
 
In addition to his numerous television credits he did not neglect the film industry completely and was seen on the big screen in such features as, "Flying Leathernecks" (1951) starring John Wayne, "Women of the Prehistoric Planet" (1966), "Mission Batanagas" (1968), "Night of the Witches" (1970), "The Trap on Cougar Mountain" (1972), "Whitewater Sam" (1977) and his final role was in 1979 in the film, "Young and Free". 
 
Along with working as an actor he was also a director on many of the films mentioned above as well as on, "Run to the High Country" (1974) and "Aru heishi no kake" (1970).
 
Keith Larsen married three times throughout his lifetime, first to Susan Cummings in 1953, however after having one child this marriage ended in divorce.  He then married Vera Miles in 1960 and again after having one child, by 1971 this marriage also came to an end.  His third time to marry was in 1983 to Trang Thu Nguyen and they had one child together as well and remained married until he passed away at the age of eighty two on December 13th, 2006 in Santa Barbara, California.
