JUDSON PRATT BIOGRAPHY & FILMOGRAPHY:
Judson Pratt was born on December 6th, 1916 in Hingham, Massachusetts and became an American Actor. He is most well remembered for his role on ABC's, "Walt Disney Presents" as well as on NBC's, "Walt Disney World of Color".
His career was most active during the 1950's through the 1980's, mostly appearing on television westerns and drama series. Some of his more well known roles included the television series, "Union Pacific", "Texan John Slaughter", "The Lawless Years", "Michael O'Hara the Fourth", "Zane Grey Theatre", "Alfred Hitchcock Presents', "Suspicion", "Have Gun - Will Travel", "Riverboat", "Father Knows Best", "Overland Trail", "Laramie", "Thriller", "Klondike", "The Americans", "Outlaw", "Bonanza", "Lassie", "Gunsmoke", "Rawhide", "Death Valley Days", "Perry Mason" and "Bewitched" among many others.
Along with television work he also appeared on the big screen in such films as, "Somebody Up There Likes Me" (1956) starring Paul Newman, Pier Angeli, Everett Sloane, Sal Mineo, Ray Stricklyn, Eileen Hechart, Robert Loggia and Steve McQueen, "The Horse Soldiers" (1959) starring John Wayne, William Holden, Harry Morgan, J. Carroll Naish, "Kid Galahad" (1962) starring Elvis Presley, Gig Young, Lola Albright, Charles Bronson, Joan Blackman, Edward Asner, Robert Emhardt, Ned Glass and Red West, John Ford's "Cheyenne Autumn" (1964) starring Richard Widmark, Carroll Baker, James Stewart, Edward G. Robinson, Dolores del Rio, Ricardo Montalban, Gilbert Roland, Karl Malden, Arthur Kennedy, George O'Brien, Patrick Wayne, Mike Mazurki, Elizabeth Allen, John Carradine, Victor Jory, "The Barefoot Executive" (1971) starring Kurt Russell, Joe Flynn, Wally Cox, Heather North, Harry Morgan and John Ritter in his film debut, "Futureworld" (1976) Peter Fonda, Blythe Danner, Arthur Hill and Yul Brynner and "F.I.S.T." (1978) starring Sylvester Stallone, Rod Steiger, Peter Boyle, Tony Lo Bianco, David Huffman, Kevin Conway, Peter Donat, Henry Wilcoxon and Melinda Dillon.
His most recent role was in the television series, "Quincy, M.E." (1977-1980). He married only once to Roberta Jonay and passed away in Los Angeles, California at the age of eighty five on February 9th, 2002.
